1. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the Respondents’ non-grant of refund in the sumof Rs. 4.25 crores along with interest under Section 244A of the Income Tax Act,1961 for the Assessment Years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012.
2. Mr. Tajender K Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents submitsthat if a direction is issued by this Court for time-bound processing of the refundapplication of the Petitioner, it will be complied with by the Respondents,
3. It is accordingly directed that the Petitioner’s refund application be processed inaccordance with law and appropriate orders thereon be issued not later than 15[th]February, 2021.
