These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of easevalue.com (the "Site") and the services provided by EaseValue Advisors LLP ("EaseValue", "we", "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

EaseValue Advisors LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the LLP Act, 2008 (LLPIN ACN-4920), with its registered office at The Coronation – FS Reality, B-301, 3rd Floor, Near Abkari Thana, Sanganer Bazar, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302029.

2. Services

We provide business and tax advisory services, which may include income-tax, GST, subsidy, ROC compliance, audit support and related documentation. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing (by email, proposal or quotation) and form part of these Terms.

3. Engagement & your responsibilities

• You agree to provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents. We rely on the information you provide and are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving filings, replies and documents before submission where your approval is sought.
• Statutory deadlines depend on timely inputs from you; delays on your side may affect our ability to meet them.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

We bring professional care and diligence to every matter, but the outcome of tax assessments, appeals, notices, subsidy applications and similar matters depends on authorities, facts and law beyond our control. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular result, refund, sanction, or that a notice or demand will be dropped.

5. Fees & payment

• Fees are as quoted for each engagement and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), government fees, statutory charges and third-party costs, which are payable in addition.
• Fees may be payable in advance or in stages as agreed. Work may begin only after the agreed advance is received.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Professional conduct

Our services are rendered subject to applicable professional standards and the confidentiality expected of an advisory firm. Nothing in these Terms requires us to act unlawfully or contrary to professional ethics.

7. Website content

Content on the Site — including Income-tax Act 2025 explainers, the forms directory and case-law material — is provided for general information only and is not professional advice. See our Disclaimer. Using the Site does not create a client relationship.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, text and graphics on the Site (other than public-domain material such as statutes and court orders, and third-party marks) are owned by or licensed to EaseValue and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the professional fees actually paid by you for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from information you provided, from acts of authorities, or from reliance on general Site content.

10. Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and use it only to provide the services, except where disclosure is required by law or authorised by you. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed and costs already incurred remain payable. See our Cancellation Policy.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including portal outages, changes in law, natural events or connectivity failures.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site or our services constitutes acceptance.
