Though there is a substantial delay, the same has been explained in paragraph 8 of the affidavit in support. The Notice of Motion is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) and (C). The Office objection shall be got removed within a period of two weeks from
today and the appeal shall be registered thereupon. To be placed
for admission on 25 June 2010.
