Accordingly, in case the petitioner files an appeal against the order impugned within a period of two weeks from date, the Appellate Authority shall grant an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the said appeal. 4.
