Sengupta) We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant and gone through the impugned judgment and order ofthe learned Tribunal. So far as the matter relates to therevenue appeal is concerned, the learned Tribunal hasdecided the matter following the decision of the Tribunal inthe case of ACIT Vs. Teja Constructions, Secunderbad,(ITA No. 1191/Hyd.2011). There is no statement in thisappeal that the aforesaid judgment of the Tribunal in ACITVs. Teja Constructions, Secunderbad, has been taken toappeal to this court. Under these circumstances, we are of the view thatthere is no illegality committed by the Tribunal in followingits earlier judgment, which is not challenged.Consequently, the appeal is dismissed.
