The appellants in both the appeals challenge the orders dated 30th March 1987 passed in Acquisition Appeal No.38 /(Bom.) 1987 and order dated 29/9/1998 passed in Acquisition Appeal No. 39/Bombay/1987 by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in a matter of :2: acquisition of flat No.D-206, New Purnima Apartments, Co-Op. Housing Society Ltd, Bombay- 4000261, under Sub-section (6) of Section 269-F of Income Tax Act, 1961. 3. During the pendancy of these appeals the Legislation has deleted the provision of Section 269-F from the stature book. In that view of the matter nothing survives in this appeal. Appeal accordingly disposed off. No order as to costs. . Parties concerned to act on a simple copy of this order, duly authenticated by the Court Stenographer/Sheristedar of this Court. [ F.I.
