By the said order the learned SessionsJudge has directed not to release the amount of Rs.3,46,40,000/- infavour of Respondent no.2 till hearing of said application. 2.In view of the fact that Petitioner has suppressed material facts from this Court, we are not inclined to entertain this application.Application is accordingly dismissed.
