Ms. Shanna further submits that the mistake was bona fide,therefore, Tax Case No. 02 of2012, may be restored to its file.Reasonable and sufficient cause has been shown. The order dated09.04.2012 is recalled and fiirther two days time is granted to removefhe default, as pointed outby the office. In fhe evsnt, default is removed,Ihe case be restored to the oneinal file. Ifthe default continues after theextended period oftwo days, the appeal shall stand dismissed for wantofprosecution.
