4.Considering that the application filed by the applicant has been admitted by this Court and the fact that vide earlier orders passed by this Court, the applicant has been
permitted to travel abroad, the present
application deserves to be allowed. The applicant is permitted to travel abroad upto May, 2015.
5.The Criminal Application No.139 of
2014 is allowed on the aforesaid terms and is disposed of accordingly.
