Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that earlier orders of such liberty are not misused by the Applicant. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 did not dispute this statement. Taking into consideration nature of the offence alleged against the Applicant and the fact that this Court has admitted the main application filed under section 482 and has stayed further proceedings of the criminal case, the present application deserves to be granted. In that view of the matter, the Applicant is granted permission to travel abroad upto 31[st] June 2014. 2.Application stands disposed of in above terms. (RANJIT MORE, J.)
