This writ petition, which has been filed assailing the legalityand validity of the order dated 16.03.2021 passed by AdjudicatingAuthority, Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Jaipur, isbeing disposed of in following terms on the request and with theconsent of learned counsels for the respective parties:-
1. The order dated 16.03.2021 passed by the AdjudicatingAuthority allowing the application no.2018-2452 is quashed andset aside.
2. The application no.2018-2191 stands transferred to the RERAAuthority with necessary modifications to be carried out by therespondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from todaywhereupon, the RERA Authority shall proceed to decide the samein accordance with law within a period of three months.
3. The parties shall remain present before the RERA Authority on19.07.2023. 19.07.2023.
