The order dated 16.03.2021 passed by the AdjudicatingAuthority allowing the application no.2018-2452 is quashed andset aside. 2. The application no.2018-2191 stands transferred to the RERAAuthority with necessary modifications to be carried out by therespondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from todaywhereupon, the RERA Authority shall proceed to decide the samein accordance with law within a period of three months. 3.
