2. This writ petition has been filed beyond the period of limitation but
Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned Senior Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the petitioner pursuing statutory appeal.
3. Since the petitioner is stated to be suffering a serious medical ailment six weeks' time is granted to him to file an appeal. Appeal, if filed within a period of six weeks, shall be entertained by the appellate authority without reference to limitation but ensuring compliances with all other statutory conditions.
4. In light of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
