That was only to avoid extensiveamendments being carried out to these nine petitions. 2.Mr.Mistry therefore seeks leave to withdraw these nine petitionsbeing Writ Petition Nos.2501/2021, 2432/2021, 2411/2021, 2403/2021,2415/2021, 2423/2021, 2424/2021, 2399/2021 and 2395/2021 since allthe points contained in these nine petitions are also there in the remaining nine petitions. These petitions being Writ Petition Nos.2501/2021,2432/2021, 2411/2021, 2403/2021, 2415/2021, 2423/2021, 2424/2021,2399/2021 and 2395/2021 are dismissed as withdrawn. 3.Since the hearing is completed, liberty granted to file writtensubmissions by Tuesday, 25[th] July 2023.
