District Elementary Education Officer, Chittorgarh. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Tanwar Singh, through Cisco Webex AppWebex App For Respondent(s): JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA 29/06/2021 Order 1.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that thepetitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to thecompetent authority to consider and decide petitioners’representation in accordance with law while also considering the fact that similarly situated persons have been given benefits videorder dated 16.01.2020 by the District Education Officer,Banswara. 2.In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposedof with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation,along with photostat copy of the earlier representation and theweb copy of the order instant within a period of two weeks. 3.In case a representation is so addressed within the aforesaidperiod, the competent authority shall consider and decide thesame strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of60 days from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide therepresentation has been issued only with a view to ensureexpeditious redressal of petitioners’ grievance.
