Syali, learned Senior Advocate confirms that except for Assessment Year (AY) 2006-07, the refunds in respect of the remaining AYs constituting the subject matter of the present writ petition have been issued to the Petitioner. 2. Mr. Premveer Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle-6(2), New Delhi, who is present in the Court, states that as far as AY 2006-07 is concerned, the refund order has been issued and instructions have been given on 20[th] May 2016 to the State Bank of India (SBI) for release of the amount. It is stated that it normally takes 5 to 6 working days for the SBI to issue the demand draft for the refund amount in favour of the Petitioner. 3.
