The respondent No. 2 has also filed an affidavit dated22.04.2019 stating that the petitioner is liable to payRs.3,00,000/- per day to respondent No. 2 for the supply of LPGand upon the receipt of the said amount the respondent No.2shall supply the LPG to the petitioner. 3. It is made clear that from the amount attached by the department, the petitioner would not be entitled to withdraw anyamount. It is for the petitioner to sort out the terms with therespondent No. 2. We do not express any views on this issue. 4. Time to file reply to show-cause notice is granted till 31.05.2019 itself and serve a copy of the reply to the learnedCounsel for respondents simultaneously. It is made clear that nofurther extension of time will be granted. Place the show-causenotice on board on 10,.06.2019. 5. In view of prior orders passed by this Court, nothingsurvives in this writ petition and the same is disposed of with noorders as to costs. 6.
