Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructionsstates that his client would be satisfied, if time bound directionsare issued to the respondents to decide the appeal that ispending before the Faceless Assessment Authority. Obviously, there can not be any objection to such an innocuous prayer.
2.Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to dispose ofthis writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decidethe appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event by31.07.2025. Ordered accordingly.
3.All interim orders are vacated.
