Petitioner has filed this writ petition beingaggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondentIncome Tax authority concerned in considering anddisposing of the series of representations made by thepetitioner and the last of such representation wasmade on 19[th] January, 2023 and details of thegrievance would appear from the said representation. Considering the submission of the parties, thiswrit petition being WPA 6856 of 2023 is disposed of bydirecting the respondent authority concerned toconsider and dispose of the aforesaid representation ofthe petitioner in accordance with law and by passing areasoned and speaking order after giving anopportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within a period of fourweeks from the date of communication of this order.
