J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the refusal of the
5[th] respondent to issue a possession certificate assought for by the petitioner.
2.The learned Government Pleader, on
instructions, submits that the objection is insofar as theattachment made by the Income Tax department as perExt.P1.

The petitioner claims that this would not affect
the possession at all and the certificate is required forproduction before the Palakkad District Co-operativeBank with respect to a loan to be availed from the Bank.

4.In such circumstance, the possessioncertificate shall be issued, clearly indicating theattachment made by the Income Tax department andalso the value for which such attachment is made.
