Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a directionto dispose of Ext.P3 appeal preferred before the respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of thematter, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to therespondent to take a decision on Ext.P3 appeal and stayapplication Ext.P4 in accordance with law, after affording anopportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 30days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Till suchtime, recovery proceedings pursuant to the demand noticeshall be kept in abeyance. It is made clear that the interimstay is till the disposal of the interim application and notbeyond.
