The learned counsel for the appellant seekstwo months' time to pay the 2[nd] instalment which was due on30.05.2020. By the impugned judgment, the learned Single Judge haddirected the appellant to pay 10% of the tax demanded on or before30.04.2020 and a further 10% on or before 30.05.2020 as a conditionalorder to stay the recovery proceedings. Having regard to the peculiarcircumstance of the appellant, we grant the appellant two months'time from 1.6.2020 to comply with the directions issued by the learnedSingle Judge.
