Prayer is to restore the writ petition as its registration isrefused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons statedin the application, the order refusing registration is revoked.However, the applicant to pay costs of Rupees Five Hundred to theHigh Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur within a periodof four weeks from today. Similarly, objections, if any, be removedwithin a period of four weeks.
If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier orderrefusing registration shall revive.
The miscellaneous civil application is disposed of.
