Karandikar in the matter of arbitration between the respondent andthe Government of Goa. The undertaking is accepted.
The Advocate for the appellant states that in view of theacceptance of the undertaking, he will not press the appeal. In thecircumstances and in view of the said undertaking, the appeal is disposedoff.
