2. By our order dated 09.07.2019, we disposed of several writpetitions including writ petition No. 141/2015 and Writ PetitionNo.118/2016.
3. This application is to speaking to the minutes of judgmentand order in the particular context of Writ Petition No.118/2016.
Mr. Karpe, learned Counsel points out that Writ PetitionNo.118/2016 the petitioner is of Chowgule (Salt) Pvt. Ltd. Hefurther points out that in this petition, there were only threerespondents. He points out that this petition was clubbedalongwith several other writ petitions filed by Chowgule andCompany Pvt. Ltd., which have four respondents. He submitsthat the cause title is required to be amended.
4. Upon perusing the records, we find that correction is
necessary. Accordingly, we direct the Registry to indicateChowule and Company (Salt) Pvt. Ltd., as the petitioner in thecause title to Writ Petition No.118/2016.
5. Further we direct that only three respondents be indicated inthe cause title in Writ Petition No.118/2016.the cause title in Writ Petition No.118/2016.
6. According to us, it will be appropriate if in the common
judgment and order Writ Petition No.118/2016 is indicatedseparately alongwith the aforesaid corrections.separately alongwith the aforesaid corrections.
