1.These applications have been taken out by the applicant to bring on record events as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons, in particular the approval order dated 22[nd] February, 2018 received after filing of this petition as well as the order dated 12[th ]March, 2018 passed after filing of this petition. Both the above orders are passed by the respondent no.1 – Principal Commissioner of Income

Tax. The order dated 12[th] March, 2018 reject the applicant's review application in respect of the order dated 22[nd] February, 2018. These petitions have not yet been admitted.
2.In the above view, Mr. Pinto, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents does not object to the amendment being carried out.
3.In the above view, both the Chamber Summons are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
4.Amendment to be carried out on or before 12[th] April, 2018. Amended copy of the petition be immediately served upon the respondents.
5.Petition to be on board on 13[th] April, 2018 and the ad-interim relief granted earlier by order dated 12[th] March, 2018 to continue till the next date.
