Though we are not fully convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay of 1011 days in representing the appeals, accepting the fact that it is an appeal filed by the assessee we exercise our discretion, the delay of 1011 days stands condoned and this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number those appeals.
