This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to accept the cause title in the above Writ Appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Sivaraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant, who submitted that the erstwhile Director of the petitioner has resigned his position as a Director and therefore, the petitioner is represented by one of the existing Directors. Hence, it is necessary for the petitioner to amend the cause title in the above writ appeal.
3. Mr.D.Prabhu Mukunth Arunkumar, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondent/Revenue, has no objection in ordering this petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the case papers, with respect to the cause title.
