We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of these petitions, wherein, it has been stated that its registered office was relocated to DAE Nodal Centre, Dr.Ambedkar Road, Pallavaram-Cantonment, Chennai 600 043 and therefore, the present address to be incorporated in the cause title of these appeals.
5. On the basis of the aforesaid reason and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
