The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submits that there is a delay of 2220 days in re-presenting the appeal and the delay may be condoned subject to payment of cost as has been done by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the connected C.M.P.Nos.18158, 18167, 18169 to 18171 of 2019 filed by the same Assessee.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent has not seriously
opposed the request of the learned counsel for the
petitioner/appellant.
3. Accordingly, the delay in re-presentation of the appeal is
condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One
Thousand and Five Hundred only). The cost shall be paid to the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Academy within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
