The learned counsel for the respondent has not seriously opposed the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. 3. Accordingly, the delay in re-presentation of the appeals is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) for each of the appeals.
