These petitions are filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in

2.Heard Mr.Rahul Unnikrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that the National Company Law Tribunal vide order dated 10.02.2023 merged the appellant company with Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure Capital Company Private Limited.
3.On the basis of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of
these petitions and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
