for the respondent though made objections, we, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, are inclined to accept the same and accordingly, it is ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the tax case appeal and place the
same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
