We perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that since the first respondent herein is the jurisdictional Assessing Officer, it is necessary to include the said officer as a party to the present proceedings and therefore the present petition came to be filed.
4. On the basis of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
