This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to amend the cause title in the above tax case appeal. 2. Heard Mr. T. Ravikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. 3. We perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that the name of the respondent company viz., M/s. Howden Solyvent (India) Pvt Ltd had been changed to M/s. Howden Air and Gas India Pvt Ltd vide certificate of incorporation dated 17.07.2023 and therefore, the present name of the respondent company has to be incorporated in the cause title of this appeal. 4.
