We perused the affidavits of the petitioner filed in support of these petitions, wherein, it has been stated that originally, the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle-1, Ooty was the assessing officer of the petitioner, and due to internal re-organisations, the file of the petitioner is now with the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Non-Corporate Circle 2, Annexe Building, Coimbatore - 641018 and therefore, the same has to be incorporated in the cause title of these appeals. 4.
