We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of these petitions, wherein, the petitioner has stated that Yazaki Wiring Technologies India Private Limited was amalgamated into Yazaki India Private Limited vide order dated 19.08.2016 passed by the Bombay High Court with effect from 01.04.2015. 5.
