These petitions are filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 192 days in remittance of another 20% of disputed demand as directed in the order of this Court in CMP.Nos.5380 and 5387 of 2022 in TCA.Nos.168 and 169 of 2020.
2. Heard both sides. Mrs. V.Pushpa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the entire amount already deposited and she has no objection in allowing these petitions seeking condonation of delay.
3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
