4.We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petitions, wherein, the petitioner has stated that Acqueon Technologies Private Limited has changed its name from Servion T Global Solutions Limited vide order dated 15.07.2022 passed by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
5.On the basis of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
