This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above tax case appeal. 2.Heard Mr.N.V.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Mr.Karthik Ranganathan, learned Senior Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondent has no objection in ordering this petition. 4.We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petitions, wherein, the petitioner has stated that Excellence Data Research Private Limited was amalgamated into Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited vide order dated 25.07.2017 passed by the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Chennai, with effect from 01.04.2016. 5.On the basis of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered as prayed for. nsd R.
