No affidavit of service has also been filed. 2. However, today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the tax effect in this case is less than the threshold limit. Therefore, he seeks a short accommodation to get instructions in this regard. 3. Call the matter after two weeks.” 3.Accordingly, today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the tax effect in this case is less than the threshold limit and hence, the delay may be condoned and the case may be directed to be listed for withdrawal on account of low tax effect.
