We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that though at the time of disposal of the writ petition on 17.02.2020, the petitioner was represented by its Chief Financial Officer, Mr.S.Ramaswamy, the said officer has retired now and the petitioner company, which has preferred the writ appeal, is now represented by its new Chief Financial Officer, Mr.Nilesh Kambli. 4.
