Counsel for the parties are ad idem that assessmentorder as well as order passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals) requires a greater degree of consideration by the IncomeTax Appellate Tribunal, Amritsar Bench, Amritsar (for short “the

the matter may be restored to the Tribunal, for adjudication afresh.
