The file was sent to another Counsel. Thereafter another Counsel submits draft appeal on 10.4.2006. The appeal was filed on 4.8.2006. There is no explanation for the period from 18.1.2006 to 10.4.2006 and 10.4.2006 to 3.8.2006. Considering the above, the cause shown is not sufficient cause. Hence, Motion dismissed.
