Apart from the fact that the tax effect is low, the questions of law framed by this Court by the order dated 30[th] July 2008, stand answered in favour of the Assessee and against the Revenue by the order dated 24[th] July, 2015 of this Court in ITA No. 69 of 2000 (CIT v. M/s Bharat Hotels Ltd.) The appeal is dismissed on this ground as well.
