This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and directions issued in W.P.No.35234 of 2016 dated 13.7.2017. 3. Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the Department filed a writ appeal in W.A. No.1183 of 2018 against the order in the said writ petition and that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, while confirming substantial portion of the order in the said writ petition, issued certain modified directions to the Department by judgment dated 03.2.2020. 4. In the light of the above subsequent development, this contempt petition is closed making it open to the parties to agitate their rights in terms of the said judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 03.2.2020 in W.A.No.1183 of 2018.
