¦ CORAM: D.K.DESHMUKH &
¦ J.P.DEVADHAR,JJ.
¦ DATED:24TH JULY, 2008
P.C.:
Heard the learned Counsel for the
Appellant. Perused the order. The
tribunal has completely relied on
the judgment of the Calcutta High
Court in the case of CIT vs Raj
Bahadur Bissesswarlal Motilal
Malwasie Trust, 195 ITR 825. The
learned Counsel for the Appellant is
not in a position to point out as to
how the law laid down by the
Calcutta High Court is either wrong
or inapplicable in this case. We
find no substance in the appeal. It
is rejected.
