RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J. This petition is filed to direct the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, EO-I, Egmore, Chennai – 600 008 to return the passport of the petitioners 2 & 3 bearing passport No.U3183599 & Z6161250, respectively in Crl.O.P.No.30367 of 2022. 2. Mr.L.Murali Krishnan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for Income Tax would contend that, earlier 2[nd] and 3[rd] petitioners were irregular in appearing before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, EO-I, Egmore, Chennai, hence, Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioners and subsequently, it was withdrawn. Hence, he strongly opposed for the return of passports to the 2[nd] and 3[rd] petitioners. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners stated by way of an affidavit to permit the 2[nd] and 3[rd] petitioners to attend the exhibition i.e., M/s.Zinyi Glass (Wuhu) Company Limited, Trade show, scheduled to be held on 10.09.2023 to 29.09.2023. 4. Hence, the 2[nd] and 3[rd] petitioners are directed to file an undertaking affidavit furnishing their international mobile numbers and to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousand only) before the learned Magistrate to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis credit of E.O.C.C.No.27 of 2014 and on such deposit, the learned Magistrate shall return the passport of the 2[nd] and 3[rd] petitioners, so as to enable them to attend the international exhibition scheduled to be held in China. On their return, they shall appear before the Magistrate Court on or before 04.10.2023 and re-surrender their passportsz. The final order in respect of the said deposit shall be passed by the learned Magistrate on the date of re-surrendering the passport. 5.
