It is brought to the notice of this Court that NonBailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner in all thecomplaints filed by the respondent and the petitioner approachedthis Court, seeking for anticipatory bail. This Court by anorder dated 23.05.2019 has passed necessary directions andensured that the petitioner is not arrested on her return toIndia. Therefore, the liberty of the petitioner is safeguarded. 3.
