1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of the facility of compounding.
2. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If for some reason, the compounding is not successful, then it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
