THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE GOPALA KRISHNA TAMADA CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4153 of 2008 ORDER: This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash theproceedings in C.C.No.69 of 2006 on the file of the Special Judge forEconomic Offences, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad. 2. While ordering notice to the first respondent herein, this Courtgranted interim stay of all further proceedings for a limited period, in so faras the petitioner, by an order dated 14-07-2008. Subsequently, the samewas not extended for further period. 3. From the above, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested inprosecuting his case. Further, as the interim stay granted for a limitedperiod was not extended for further time, this Court is of the view that asof now, the trial in the said case must have been finished or it may be inprogress. 4. In the light of the above, at this length of time, this Court is notinclined to entertain this petition and go into the merits of the case. 5.
